How to measure
Grab a pen, a ruler and a sheet of paper. Use a hard flat surface to get the correct measurement.
- Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper, then place the paper on a flat hard surface.
- Stand on the line with your heel and your longest toe centered, mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel. Repeat these steps for the other foot.
- Then, measure the distance between the marks. Using the larger of the two measurements, compare to the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.
Finding your feet
Depending on the shape of your feet you may need to go up +1 or down −1 a size.

Comfy moccs
I luv dem and good fit thank u
Beautiful quality moccasins.
Love my Uggs, however sizing seems to have changed. I have always had a size 9 in Uggs, but ones I received more like a size 8. Guess this is because now made in China.
They are good quality moccasin slippers and I highly recommend them to others. They keep my feet warm and comfortable. I live in a cold climate so that’s important.
Foot in a cloud
They fit perfectly thank you and came quickly in the post thank you 💐
BEWARE, terrible customer service. Don't buy from UGG, stores are not all "affiliated", Adelaide store refused to exchange size as gifted uggs were not purchased 2 days prior (with receipt) from their store. Only requested size change, not return!
Perfect, comfy - delivery was quick also
Very comfy
Very comfortable fit perfectly after returning a previous pair which were too small.
So comfortable - my first original uggs and very happy
Fast postage, very comfortable. Just the way a moccie should be. Will by again. (Mum - she loves them)
