How much is shipping in Australia?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $100. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Express orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11am AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. New Zealand orders over NZ$250 receive free standard shipping. Orders under NZ$250 have a flat standard shipping rate of NZ$25 (6–10 business days). Express shipping to New Zealand takes 2–4 business days and is calculated at checkout. Express orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags where applicable. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full conditions and exclusions.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our change-of-mind policy.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Red Kado focuses on genuine branded products sourced for our Australian retail and online businesses.
Do you sell Australian-made UGG products?
We stock a mix of UGG products, including selected Australian-made styles. Check the individual product description for manufacturing information.
How do I choose the right size?
