These are theee cutest slippers, I am usually an australian size 6 - I purchased 2 pairs of different ugg slipper styles (pictured) and this particular style came as '6L/36' im not sure if that made a difference as my pink pair was '6W/37 and fit perfect? When I chose my size online I only had the option for 6. This pair kept falling down at the backs so unfortunately they were unwearable and I had to send them back, so cute though. Its always a pain to send back, I didn't want another pair unless the same thing happens.
