How to measure
Grab a pen, a ruler and a sheet of paper. Use a hard flat surface to get the correct measurement.
- Draw a straight line longer than your foot on a piece of paper, then place the paper on a flat hard surface.
- Stand on the line with your heel and your longest toe centered, mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel. Repeat these steps for the other foot.
- Then, measure the distance between the marks. Using the larger of the two measurements, compare to the conversion chart to find your correct shoe size.
Finding your feet
Depending on the shape of your feet you may need to go up +1 or down −1 a size.

I am obsessed with my pair of platform ugg boots. I wear them every day. They are my go to shoe when I want something comfy and warm. Love the colour, so easy to match with any outfit!!
This is a fantastic Ugg boot, the platform and colour looks great and the boot is very comfortable.
I have a high instep and arch so they are initially a little difficult to get on. A shoe horn from Ikea fixed this issue. If I wear them without socks my heel does lift slightly when I walk.
I usually take a size 36, but in Uggs I take a 37, I didn't go up a size despite reviews indicating they were difficult to get on.
Customer service was sensational, my voucher didn't apply, they sorted the issue quickly organising a refund.
Comfy once you get them on. The foot hole is quite tight so you need to persevere with pushing them on.
I bought them for my daughter.. she loves them!!

I bought two pairs of UGGs, thinking my AU 8 would be just fine. Apparently not—both the AU 8 and AU 9 are like trying to fit my feet into a dollhouse. After two frustrating exchanges where I couldn’t even get my toes to say hello, I’ve finally thrown in the towel and requested a refund. Thanks, UGGs—guess I’ll have to find footwear that actually believes in proper sizing.
