Shoes delivered with glue stuck on top of the shoe and is really obvious on a new shoe. Trying to get a replacement but customer service is hard to reach.

I wanted to love these slippers but they are on the large side (I checked foot length before buying) and although I have wide feet, they are roomy. I’ll need thick socks to keep them on the front of my feet. The material is thin and not quite what I was expecting. I do love the colour.
